2. Services

ZeroScape Turf provides artificial turf installation, repair, and related landscaping services in Southern Utah. Our website provides information about these services and allows potential customers to request quotes. Submission of a quote request does not constitute a binding contract. All services are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website or during consultations are estimates only and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and final measurements. A binding price is established only through a signed written contract between ZeroScape Turf and the customer.

4. WCWCD Rebate Assistance

ZeroScape Turf assists customers with WCWCD rebate applications as a courtesy service. We do not guarantee rebate approval, rebate amounts, or processing timelines, as these are determined entirely by the Washington County Water Conservancy District. Rebate eligibility and amounts are subject to WCWCD program availability and funding.

5. Warranty

ZeroScape Turf provides a 15-year written warranty on labor and materials for installations performed by our crews. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual project contract. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, fire, sharp objects, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZeroScape Turf's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
